Visiting the Studio

For each booking, the maximum capacity is 8 people. If your group exceeds this number, please select the extra capacity option when booking.
At the end of your booking, please return everything to its original place and leave the air conditioning turned off.
Take care of the furniture and photography equipment, as any damages incurred are the responsibility of the renter.
The rental price does not include a photographer, so it is the renter’s responsibility to arrange one.

Each booking can be modified once, no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time. The rescheduled date must be within 7 days of the original booking.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. If you cancel between 48 and 72 hours prior to your booking, we can provide a voucher that you can use within one month. Free cancellation is not possible within 48 hours of the booking.

Please adhere to your booked time and arrive promptly.
Do not enter the studio before your scheduled time to avoid disturbing previous guests.
Leave the studio at the end of your reserved time. If you need additional time, inform us by phone about your intention to stay.
If you stay beyond your booked time, it will count as an additional hour and will be billed accordingly.

At the end of your booking, place the used utensils in the dishwasher; you do not need to start it.
Leave the countertop, sink, and stovetop clean so that the next guests can use them in the best possible condition.
It is forbidden to leave food in the refrigerator or freezer!
At the end of your booking, ensure that the oven, stovetop, and extractor fan are turned off.

For each booking, the three installed rolls can be used. Removing or changing them is prohibited!
It is forbidden to step on the backdrops with outdoor shoes!
If you wish to take photos in shoes, tape the soles using the tape provided near the mirror.
Do not place furniture on the backdrops, as this may cause creases or tears. Any damages incurred will be the responsibility of the renter.

Eating is prohibited in the smaller studio room!
Please do not remove the furniture (sofa, glass table, armchair, mirror) from the makeup room.
Minimize moving the furniture within the room to avoid any potential damage.

We are a dog-friendly space, but only house-trained and well-behaved dogs are allowed.
Do not allow your dog on the furniture (especially the sofa).
Do not leave your pet unattended in the hallway.
